The Information We Collect and How We Use It
WEBSITE
When visiting our website to only browse through and read pages, our website automatically gathers and stores certain information. This information does not identify you personally. Rather, we use this information to help us make our website more useful to visitors, to learn about the number of visitors to our website and understand the types of technology our visitors use.
Only the following information about your visit is automatically collected and stored:

- If you linked to our Web site from another website, the address of that website.
The logs may be preserved indefinitely, and they may be used to prevent security breaches and to ensure the integrity of the data on our servers.
We accomplish this with Google Analytics, the standard tool for website metrics that is used by the majority of websites you visit on the Internet.
Tripepi Smith collects your name, company name (if provided) and email address if you sign up for our monthly newsletter. We store this information in our email software system, Constant Contact, in order to send you the newsletter.
If you no longer wish to receive further emails from Tripepi Smith, you can simply unsubscribe by selecting the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the email newsletter.
ANALYTICS
Tripepi Smith uses Google Analytics to track user behavior on our website through cookies, a temporary code our server places in your computer to store information that facilitates communication. Data includes details on browsers, devices, city, state, country, gender, interests and age. We do not and cannot use cookies to retrieve personal information about you from your computer unless such information was knowingly and willingly provided by you. You can adjust your browser settings to decline any cookies if you wish. However, doing so may slow the response time when you visit our site. You can also opt-out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
REMARKETING CAMPAIGNS
Tripepi Smith will run advertising campaigns from time to time that use standard targeting concepts to display our ads with Internet users. Targeting criteria are provided by the advertising platform (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter as some examples) we are using to display or implement our advertising campaign. To further enhance our efforts, we will use a Google Remarketing Campaign which essentially drops a cookie on your browser so that we can continue to target you with Tripepi Smith advertising through the Google Ads Display Network.
