We invited Ryder to facilitate the strategic planning session of our Executive Board to guide our Association forward. We have had tremendous success in our advocacy efforts over the last few years. Our annual Strategic Planning Session is a chance for our newly formed executive board to revisit our long-term goals and draft our short-term goals based, in part, on my vision for the next year. It’s crucial that we continuously take a step back and look at ways we can improve our relationships with our member cities, Associate Members, and other partners. We are fortunate to have had the Tripepi Smith team as a longtime partner. Ryder and Saara’s third party perspective helped us to identify potential blind spots and kept us focused on the task at hand. Their multifaceted support continues to add more and more value over the years
