Tripepi Smith has demonstrated their strategic problem solving methods and their competency in social media and communications practices. This report is helpful in that it affirms we are doing the right things in Snoqualmie, but there are concrete steps we can take to do even better. Communications is a fast-evolving field given the rise of social media and other Internet-based communications, and having an outside perspective to help us evolve, implement best practices and advance transparency with our community is a top priority for the City of Snoqualmie.
