The City of La Puente has a growing economy and a residential population that wants to be informed and engaged with their neighbors. The City recognizes the importance of strong communications for an engaged community and is making prudent investments to help make that happen. Tripepi Smith is a recognized leader in city communications, so we turned to them for an outside perspective on how we can cost-effectively do better. Their report was thorough and cognizant of the unique characteristics of La Puente. We are eager to take action on Tripepi Smith’s recommendations and improve communication with our residents.
