The City of Rancho Cucamonga collaborated with Tripepi Smith Talent Solutions (TSTS) to assist in the recruitment of its next City Clerk Services Director. Following a thorough and successful recruitment effort, the City is pleased to announce the appointment of Ashton Arocho to the role.
Ashton Arocho brings extensive experience in city governance, public records administration and organizational leadership, demonstrating a consistent commitment to transparency and efficiency. Prior to joining the City of Rancho Cucamonga, Arocho served as City Clerk/Director for the City of Westminster, where she managed elections, oversaw legislative operations and led initiatives to strengthen records management and public access. Arocho is a Certified and Master Municipal Clerk (CMC, MMC) and the recipient of several professional accolades, including the prestigious Pat Hammers Spirit Award from the City Clerks Association of California.
Executive Recruiter Christine Martin led the recruitment, with support from Senior Recruitment Coordinator Kylie Sun, Recruitment Coordinator Morgan Teruel and Assistant Recruitment Coordinator Sofia Gonzalez.
