Jurupa Community Services District (JCSD) tapped Tripepi Smith to redesign its website. The new website is modern, user-friendly and visually appealing, with a specific emphasis on advancing organizational transparency and enhancing public education.
The Tripepi Smith team worked meticulously to produce a website with a contemporary design that met all the needs of the District. During the redesign process, Tripepi Smith worked hand-in-hand with staff to adjust the existing sitemap, streamline content and improve cluttered pages in order for customers to quickly find and navigate through information and services on the new site.
The responsive design includes user-friendly navigation, easy-to-use homepage quick links, mobile optimization and integration with additional platforms. A notable addition to the website is the chatbot feature, which allows customers to quickly source needed information. Additionally, the chatbot provides the opportunity to connect with a JCSD customer service staff member and message in real time.
“Jurupa Community Services District provides numerous services outside of water and wastewater, including parks and recreation, graffiti and streetlights. As our homepage says, ‘We Take Care of It All.’ Our redesigned website needed to not only encompass all of our services and programs but also display them in a way our community finds easily accessible and understandable,” said Director of Government & Public Affairs Arman Tarzi. “The Tripepi Smith team did a great job exceeding our expectations. They cared about building an impactful website just as much as we did.”
Director Sara Madsen and Senior Business Analyst Devyn Fisher led the effort, with support from Director Melanie James and design by Website Developer Max Weirauch.

With the website redesign finished, JCSD and Tripepi Smith are developing a user-friendly Intranet for staff that reflects the website.
