City of Needles LogoThe City of Needles partnered with Tripepi Smith to strengthen its digital presence through a comprehensive website content audit and website redesign. This multi-phase project not only refreshed the City’s online identity, but also delivered a more user-friendly, accessible experience for the Needles community.

The project began with a deep-dive content audit led by Senior Business Analyst Devyn Fisher and Junior Business Analyst Erica Chandler, with strategic oversight from Principal Jennifer Nentwig. The team evaluated the City’s highest-priority and most visited webpages, identifying opportunities to improve clarity, consistency and alignment with City goals. Recommendations included content strategy to enhance tone and branding and technical optimization tactics to enhance readability, navigation and relevance.

“We appreciated Tripepi Smith’s collaborative approach and attention to detail,” said City Manager Patrick Martinez. “Their team brought a high level of expertise and professionalism that helped us reimagine our website with our residents, visitors and businesses in mind.”

As the project moved into the implementation phase, Junior Web Developer Max Weirauch developed a fresh design that honored the City’s branding and community identity. The Tripepi Smith team then began rolling out content updates with additional project management support from Senior Business Analyst Kylie Sun.

With a clear roadmap and a strong cross-functional team, Tripepi Smith delivered a revitalized website that prioritizes visual appeal, intuitive navigation and up-to-date content. The new platform enhances a website visitor’s experience by making it easier to find information, access services and stay connected with City Hall.

“The City of Needles was a committed and collaborative partner throughout the project,” said Jennifer. “We are grateful for the chance to have helped Needles better represent who they are and where they’re headed, and we’re excited to have equipped them with an updated website that helps them engage community members as part of that vision.”

Tripepi Smith is proud to support local government agencies like the City of Needles with services that span strategy, design and implementation. The firm is committed to helping cities build and improve connections with the communities they serve.
