The City of Jurupa Valley is helping mobile home owners stay safe and secure through its Manufactured Housing Opportunity and Revitalization (MORE) Program. Through the program, qualified owners can receive up to $20,000 in grant funding for critical manufactured home repairs. To ensure broad community awareness, the City launched a targeted outreach campaign in partnership with Tripepi Smith.

“Jurupa Valley is proud to support our residents with resources that make a meaningful impact on their daily lives,” said Cynthia Alcaraz, MORE Program Coordinator. “Through our collaboration with Tripepi Smith, we were able to promote program participation among eligible residents and celebrate the grant funding from the State.”

The outreach effort, led by Senior Business Analyst Kaitlyn Wu and Junior Business Analyst Ethan de la Peña, included the creation of a bilingual flyer in English and Spanish as well as a custom animated explainer video. The campaign enabled the City to effectively engage its residents and demonstrate its broader commitment to housing stability and neighborhood revitalization. By investing in programs that protect residents and preserve housing, the City continues to foster a healthy, thriving community.

“It was a privilege to help Jurupa Valley connect with residents who might not otherwise hear about this opportunity,” said Kaitlyn. “Through the animated video and flyer, we were able to promote a fantastic program and reflect the City’s deep care for its residents.”
