Senior Business Analysts Kalee Cummings and Melanie Moore and Junior Videographer Christina Haverilla will represent the firm at the summit, which brings together leaders in local government to explore the impact and advancement of women in public service.

“The summit creates space for meaningful conversations about leadership, growth and the experiences that shape women in public service,” said Kalee. “It’s always inspiring to connect with professionals who are committed to strengthening local government and supporting one another along the way.”

This year’s summit theme, “The Power Within: Igniting Bold, Confident Leadership,” will guide a day of keynote presentations, engaging panels, interactive workshops and community-building opportunities — all designed to equip attendees with practical tools and fresh inspiration to lead with confidence.

As part of this year’s program, Kalee will moderate a panel entitled, “The Squad Effect: Building Your Ultimate Power Network,” also featuring Dixon Assistant City Manager Melissa Eads, Newark Strategic Initiatives Manager Roya Gonzalez and Foster City Assistant City Manager Marlene Subhashini. The session will dive into real-world strategies for building authentic professional bonds, advocating for peers in “the room where it happens” and cultivating a culture of mutual support.

As a Diamond Sponsor of MMANC and a Platinum Sponsor of this year’s Women’s Leadership Summit, Tripepi Smith is proud to support events hosted by MMANC and remains committed to advancing professional development and leadership opportunities within the public sector.
