Mallory Rogers headshotTripepi Smith welcomed Mallory Rogers to the team as Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO on October 14, 2025. She will provide high-level administrative and project support, enabling leadership to focus on strategic initiatives. This addition to the team is a reflection of the firm’s continued growth and commitment to operational excellence.

Mallory earned her bachelor’s degree in anthropology from the University of Denver, where she gained experience in administration, communications, event coordination and public engagement. During her studies, she held multiple leadership roles and an internship with History Colorado. Most recently, Mallory completed an internship with Bowers Museum, where she helped promote the museum through content creation and coordinated public outreach events across the community.
