Tripepi Smith welcomed Frank Applebaum, a resident of the Bay Area, to the team as its newest junior business analyst on August 18.
“I am excited to join the team and contribute to helping public agencies deliver for their communities,” said Frank. “Tripepi Smith’s culture of collaboration and growth stood out to me from the beginning, and I am eager to work with such a talented group of colleagues.”
Frank graduated from Claremont McKenna College in 2024 with a dual degree in philosophy, politics and economics and psychology. During his time in college, he interned at Metis Strategy, where he supported Fortune 500 clients on digital transformation and operating model design. He also worked as a supply chain analyst intern at Mercury Systems, where he optimized sourcing strategies and improved operational efficiency for a leading aerospace and defense firm.
“Tripepi Smith is thrilled to welcome Frank to our team,” said President Ryder Todd Smith. “His background in consulting, data analysis and story telling will provide valuable insights for our clients. We are excited to see him contribute to our vision of driving effective resident engagement.”
