Tripepi Smith is excited to attend the California Special Districts Association (CSDA) General Manager Leadership Summit June 23-25 in Anaheim, California. Representing our team will be President Ryder Todd Smith, Senior Business Analyst Kaitlyn Wu and Business Analyst Kylie Sun.
“Our team enjoys attending the General Manager Leadership Summit each year,” said Ryder. “Hearing from and engaging with the experts in special districts is enlightening and we are looking forward to leaving with fresh ideas and new ways to engage our audiences.”
Ryder along with Christine Sliz from Regional Government Services Authority and Gabe Lanusse from Greater Vallejo Recreation District, will be hosting a new pre-conference workshop. The two-part workshop, titled “Passing the Torch: How to Recruit, Engage, and Carry Your Dream Team Forward,” will take place on Sunday, June 23 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Join us to explore innovative recruitment, engagement, and succession planning strategies.
The session will offer tips and tricks for creating a brand, marketing strategy and communications plan to enhance your community presence and build trust.
