Tripepi Smith and TS Talent Solutions Director Christine Martin is attending the Municipal Management Association of Northern California’s (MMANC) Women’s Leadership Summit on Tuesday, May 6, at the Oakland Scottish Rite Center.
The Women’s Leadership Summit is dedicated to empowering women in local government through dynamic programming and meaningful networking opportunities. This year’s theme, “Leading with Heart: Building Resilient Leaders Through Emotional Intelligence,” reflects a growing emphasis on empathy, connection and adaptability in public service leadership.
As part of the afternoon program, Christine is moderating the panel “Building a Culture of Trust: Fostering Collaboration & Authenticity in the Workplace” alongside Stephanie Egidio, Assistant to the City Manager at the City of Livermore, and Azenith Smith, Police Media & Community Relations Analyst for the Livermore Police Department. Together, the panelists will explore how aligning daily tasks with organizational values, encouraging open communication and cultivating a sense of belonging can lead to greater collaboration and long-term success.
