Tripepi Smith is pleased to welcome Bella White to the team as executive assistant to President Ryder Todd Smith and Chief Financial Officer Nicole Smith. She will provide high-level administrative and project support, enabling leadership to focus on strategic initiatives. This addition to the team is a reflection of the firm’s continued growth and commitment to operational excellence.
Bella holds a bachelor of science in business and education from Liberty University, where she graduated on the dean’s list and as a member of the National Honor Society.

Prior to joining Tripepi Smith, Bella served as lead clinic administrator for Above & Beyond Therapy, where she managed daily operations, complex provider schedules and cross-departmental communications. She also served as groups coordinator for Mariners Church in Irvine, overseeing program logistics, volunteer communications and administrative workflows for initiatives serving over 500 participants.
