Tripepi Smith is proud to welcome back Aly (Nichols) Edwards as a business analyst, effective November 3. Aly previously served on the Tripepi Smith team from 2022 to 2024, before taking time to pursue further education.

During her first tenure at Tripepi Smith, Aly advanced from junior business analyst to business analyst and contributed to a wide range of projects, from internal marketing and private clients to city governments and nonprofits. With a bachelor’s degree in public relations, she brings expertise in social media management, copywriting, event planning and outreach, strengthened through hands-on experience. Aly’s portfolio includes leading digital campaigns, managing multiple client accounts, supporting conference activities and executing well-planned community and industry events.
