Tripepi Smith is pleased to welcome Alexis Kalugin as the firm’s newest Business Analyst. Alexis officially joined the team on July 7, 2025.
“I am so excited to join the Tripepi Smith team,” said Alexis. “It is an honor and a privilege to work alongside local governments in their commitment to cultivate community engagement. The Tripepi Smith team is full of smart and innovative people and I’m looking forward to learning from and collaborating with them.”
Alexis earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Biola University. While at Biola, she served as a marketing intern with Every Neighborhood Partnership and OC United, two nonprofit organizations dedicated to community development. These experiences helped spark her interest in local government and public service.
Before joining Tripepi Smith, Alexis served as a Marketing Coordinator at Inspiration Travel, a faith-based travel agency. In this role, she managed a portfolio of more than twenty clients, led regular strategy calls, oversaw marketing requests from start to finish and collaborated closely with the creative team.
“We are excited to welcome Alexis to Team TS,” said President Ryder Todd Smith. “With her experience in project and event management combined with a passion for community engagement, she will be a valuable asset to the firm and our clients.”
