Tripepi Smith is pleased to welcome Abby Barahona as the firm’s newest junior business analyst.

Before joining Tripepi Smith, Abby interned with the Pomona College sustainability office and start-up company Biggabed, where she produced data-driven reports and grew brand social media presence. She also contributed to Claremont Sustainability Consulting, a nonprofit consulting group, building skills in project management and client services.

Through Claremont McKenna College’s Policy Lab, Abby partnered with the Los Angeles Superior Court and the RAND Corporation to conduct data analysis and research related to family courts and community justice workers.

“Abby brings a collaborative and results-driven approach to our team,” said Tripepi Smith President Ryder Todd Smith. “We are confident she will make a meaningful impact in advancing our clients’ community engagement efforts.”

Abby holds a B.A. in public policy and Spanish from Scripps College. She graduated with honors in both majors and received the Spanish Senior Thesis Award from the Scripps Spanish Department.
