Tripepi Smith is pleased to announce the promotion of Emma Catuara to business analyst.
Emma earned a bachelor of fine arts degree in creative writing from California Baptist University, where she developed strong editing, research, communication and writing skills.

Since joining the team, Emma has supported clients through social media management, content creation and public engagement efforts across multiple platforms. She is certified in Hootsuite Social Marketing and Sprout Social, and helps clients effectively share their stories and connect with their communities.
“Emma has consistently demonstrated professionalism, creativity and a strong commitment to our clients,” said Director Melanie James. “Her ability to support a wide range of projects and produce engaging content has made her an important part of our team.”
Emma supports a variety of clients, such as the cities of Baldwin Park, Indian Wells, Lomita and El Cerrito, as well as the California Association for Local Economic Development and Climatec.
