Flor Porras is a hard-working individual with a passion for driving meaningful work. She graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. With a strong background in marketing and public affairs, she has gained hands-on experience with content creation, writing and media analysis. During her time as a student, she developed her marketing skills through her internship at the U.S Department of Agriculture, where she collaborated alongside deputy directors to streamline communication efforts and craft tailored messages effectively. 

Her clients include City of Malibu, City of Richland, the California City Managers Foundation, the California Municipal Revenue and Tax Association and Orange County Public Works.
