Tripepi Smith’s presence made our first experience with Facebook Live positive. Because they took care of everything from set-up to relaying comments to our team, we were able to focus on our message and information. Plus, since it was recorded and stored on our Facebook Page for later viewing, residents could watch it when it was convenient for them. Overall, the City is pleased with how this broadcast went with Tripepi Smith’s help.
